 Entry Form | Official Rules Do you love your smile? Do you want to show off your smile to friends, family, the community, and possibly the world? Dr Feldman and his team are looking for 'Arizona's Next Top Smile.' If you are selected as a winner, your smile will be featured on our website and print materials that represent our office for an entire year. We are seeking smiles from patients of all ages as well as stages of orthodontic treatment - beginning, in treatment, and after treatment. So, if you are ready to be seen smiling all over the Phoenix area, here are the simple rules:
A team of local smile experts (dentists, specialists, assistants, and hygienists) will select a maximum of 40 finalists using an objective system. These finalists will schedule a time to come in to the office to receive a professional headshot portrait. With the finalists permission, the head shots will be featured on our website - this is where friends, family, other patients, doctors, and anyone else you know can vote by email for their favorite smile. The 10 Smiles receiving the most votes will be Arizona's Next Top Smile for 2009! |
