Frances

Hello, and welcome! I’m a treatment coordinator in our office, and I truly enjoy coming to work each day! I am friendly and love to get to know the patients in our office. I try to engage with every patient and love to hear stories about their lives. The best part of my job is helping to change someone's life by giving them a great smile! We take great pride in creating a fun environment for our patients. After all, our goal is to make you smile! My husband and I have two beautiful girls, Alexis and Makenna. When I am not at work I love spending time with my kids!

Lorrie

Hi. My name is Lorrie and I am the Treatment Coordinator in the Surprise office.  I have been in the orthodontic field for almost 20 years and I have worked in every area of the office.   I love getting to know the patients and being an important part of their 'growing up.'  I enjoy shopping, reading, and being outside.  I was the runner up in a recent Chili Cook Off in Crown King.  I am married and we have 3 wonderful kids.

Hello, I’m glad to meet you! I’m an orthodontic technician here, and I love my job! I love to laugh! I try to make getting and having braces a fun experience from beginning to end. Dr. Feldman is the gentlest orthodontist I have ever had the privilege to work for. Also, he is very funny and relaxed! We have a great orthodontist and an awesome staff, and we are always keeping things fun! At home, I love spending time with my family! I have six kids, including four foster children. I also have two grandchildren, whom I adore!

As an orthodontic technician, I always make sure our patients are informed about their treatment at every appointment. I like to chat with our patients in a very positive and friendly way. My favorite part of my job is getting to know each patient on a personal level. I also appreciate that we offer the ultimate in technology, which allows us to provide the best service for our patients. At home, I live with my wonderful husband, Joe, and our children, Martin, Adrian and Lucien. We also have a cat named Meco!

Hi! I’ve worked with Dr. Feldman for over a year, but I have been working in the orthodontic field for over 10 years! In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and volunteering at an animal rescue.

My name is Erica Castañeda. I have worked with children of all ages for four years. Needless to say, working with children, has made my experience here, with Dr. Feldman, enjoyable thus far. The feeling of making a difference in someone’s life is indescribable; whether it’s by creating a smile, or simply passing on a smile.

As a previous patient of Dr. Feldman’s, I feel privileged to be part of his team! I love working here because as we all know, smiles are contagious! When I am at work, I want to provide the same wonderful experience that I received as a patient. I am currently a full-time student at Phoenix College and plan to graduate in 2013.
